  As well as being Head of Operations, I support a variety of clients within the development space. Usually focussing on Java, C#, and .Net technologies, I have over 10 years of sales experience which I use to find the best solution for candidates and clients alike. Also working in an Account Management capacity with many of my long-term clients, I work in a consultative basis in order to ensure that the needs of both parties are fully met.
