Himani Puri

Himani Puri is a serving as a Senior consultant currently with Big Four public accounting firm. She has over 7 years of experience in SEC audits for public clients and statutory audit, review & analysis of financial statements in both US GAAP and IFRS. She has a hands-on accounting experience in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and NPOs. She has functioned as the lead senior on a large SEC filer, a major Pharma and several Private clients. She has also worked on SOX compliances under the COSO framework and have been instrumental in the opinion on ICFR. Maintaining strong client relationships has been her priority in all audit engagements and hence promoting the service integration with the client on all areas of firm expertise. Apart from that, she also has a vivid experience of Digitalization of Audit and have worked on the Data analytics for the client's data following a data driven approach to draw reasonable assurance.
