• Preparation of Bill of Entries through E-clearance provided by Dubai Customs • Submission of original documents to Customs with in 72 hours and record maintenance for the effective monitoring. • Maintain and forward records of all standing guarantees and deposits to customs compliance for the timely and accurate refund of expenses. • Assisting the walking customers and visitors, handling customer inquiries.

Maintains Shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request. • Prepares Shipping paperwork as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate systems. • Coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process with Customers, including issuing RMA numbers. • Prepare boxes with appropriate labels for shipment as required. • Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for Cargo.
