Harald Dunnink

Creative director Harald Dunnink helps other founders through his design philosophy of cultivating calm. With Momkai, he has launched global platforms, built impactful brands, and led two crowdfunding campaigns that broke world-records. As cofounder of De Correspondent, Harald helped to build the 3rd largest membership journalism platform in the world. As founder of design agency Momkai, Harald worked with the founders of VanMoof, Bugaboo, Oncode Institute, and Renews Japan. Global clients include Red Bull, Nike, Adyen, Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), Imperial College London, and New York University. Working closely with NYU’s professor Jay Rosen, his focus became designing meaningful member brands in media, introducing the concept of memberful design. Each month Harald hosts Verwondering, an eye-opening podcast about design. His teams won many industry awards, including Red Dot, Webbys, iF, FWA, and European Design Awards. Harald helped to cofound 8 initiatives.
