Originally workng for eValue setting up new inter-net companies (about 10 – including smartclip AG; an online video advertiser), and giving them finan-cial, legal and management support. In addition, in March 2008, I became C.F.O. of United Mail-Solutions AG where my responsibilities were identical to those at AdLINK (please see below) and being involved in a reverse takeover (similar to IPO) of a listed company.

Chief Financial Officer, Vorstand - responsible for all financial, investor relations, legal, taxation and personnel matters (Human resources) across the Group (17 offices; 10 countries); maintaining close relationship with banks, investors, auditors and analysts; close liaison with Management colleagues and local country Managing Directors; involved in operational/strategic decisions.

Responsible for all financial, legal and personnel matters; preparation of the company for IPO (eventually cancelled due to stock market crash); ; monthly reports under US GAAP for joint venture partners; preparation of business plans; discussions with banks; installation of Sage KHK financial software; cash flow, consolidation; assistance for lawyers (concerning the taking over and disposal of companies); monthly meetings with private investors and banks.

Controller for 10 international subsidiaries; turnover in excess of US$70,000,000; reporting directly to the International General Manager; responsible for the monthly consolidation of the international subsidiaries, day to day communication between the subsidiaries and the head office, budget preparation, planning, inventory control, cash management etc.; Since 1999 also responsible for the Group consolidation; 5 international direct reports
