ChVenture is an advisory firm with focus on the travel and aviation industry. Our clients are charter and airlines companies, capital investment firms, start-up teams, and services providers to the air transport industry.

As a member of the executive management, I was responsible for the strategy, the compliance, the finance and the continuity of SkyWork operations. I managed actively flight operations, while overseeing ground operations, operations' control center, aircraft maintenance, and crew members hiring, training, and monitoring.

ECAIR is an innovative start-up focusing on enhancing the capabilities of commercial pilots to methodically react to unforeseen loss of control of their aircraft in-flight. At the early stage my main tasks were to rise capital, define the strategy and develop the process that enabled us to identify the products changes that kept sales going. My role was, beside managing finance, to develop our market, position our brand and manage the value chain for our client.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal I worked on making NetJets Europe slogan "Every where at any time" become a reality. This was achieved by solving sometimes complex operational problems and thus preventing clients destination or travel time to be modified. On some occasions it would include designing specific approaches to guaranty safe operations in and out of a particular aerodrome.
