Research activities and development new varnishes UV and water borne systems for wood industry; indoor applications, furniture and parquet markets.

- testing activities to promote new chemicals products developed for graphic arts; - development of UV systems; - investigation of reacting mechanisim in collaboration with R&D; - process development in collaboration with PD.

-development of UV curable primer for holographic imaging production according to industrial performance; - performance testing of encapsulated PIs for water based coating; - Support cooperation’s and JDA’s with customers/partners, involved in formulating of UV laminating adhesives for flexible packaging, UV clear coating for metallized substrates and efficient Oxygen Barrier coating for plastic films; - support EH&S local organization as safety deputy for the team.

- technical support on implemention of new surface modification technology for plastic film and metallized surfaces, flexible food packaging, labels and converting techologies; - adhesion, surface tension, antifog and antistatic surface proprieties; - printing technology applications with the implementation of new quality control method; - Maintenance equipments, chemical compounds and inventorially lists.
