Phase transformations in shape-memory alloys analysed by X-ray diffraction

My research goal was to provide a better understanding of the role of residual stresses in oxides, grown on zirconium alloys used for cladding the nuclear fuel, and their impact on the corrosion performance of these materials by employing synchrotron X-ray diffraction.
