CO module responsibility - PS module collaboration - Implementation project. Final support in the implementation effort, in the CO module, and giving assistance to the PS consultant in operations involving both modules (CO and PS). Easy Cost Planning (EPC) implementation within PS. Support for the IM module implementation.

CO module resposibility - Implementation project Final support in the implementation effort, with particular emphasis in the Material Ledger implementation and month end closing, due to early retirement of the former CO consultant. Support on the productive controlling oriented reporting. Special considerations done due to S/4 HANA implementation.

CO & PS module resposibiity. Roll out of the Latin America SAP information model (Catalyst Project), in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, applying the company’s methodology and documentation. Customizing and testing of the Controlling sub-modules. Localization of global reports. Training of direct involved local administrative users.

• Maintenance and support to different clients regarding problems attended in a ticket basis support. • Training on the CO module done for a beverage company. • System improvement on clients systems.

CO model co-responsibility. Release upgrade of several companies within PDVSA. Replacement of the actual Profit Center structure for a new, business oriented structure, which leads to determine the costs per product groups. Support in different system problems, and training of the company’s IT teams. Project integrally done in Caracas, Venezuela.

CO module co-responsibility. Roll out of an elaborated information model developed by Chevron for their global operations. Interaction with actual users and consultants located in different countries (Philippines, USA, South Africa, India; etc.). Applying of Oil &Gas SAP functionality (Fuel costing by formulas and market values; transference costs; Business Locations). All comunications and meetings held in english.

CO module responsibility Roll out of the model delivered by the company’s new owner in Brazil, defining the cost of product, and the production cost information. Training and documentation for the local users.

CO module responsibility - Implementation project Analysis, and design of the controlling information model (CO Module), and installation, as to consider the logistic operations of the company. Description and documentation of administrative procedures.

Project Finca Flishman SA (Winery): Roll out of the solution provided by the Portuguese company’s owner, including the conversion of the product costing and production information. The módule includes CO-PA Training of the local users and documentation.

CO module responsibility - Implementation project Roll out of the solution provided by the Brazilian company’s owner, considering the different size of the local company related to the owner, including whole CO module, with CO-PC-ACT. Training of the local users to do a considerable amount of operations per person, as to achieve with the owner standards, and writing documentation of the processes.

CO module responsibility. Re-installation of the CO module (the user has stopped using and maintaining it for several years). At the same time, developing of a new regional information model on the PCA sub-module, using massive distribution among Cost and Profit Centers. Preparing data as to be transferred to a BI module. Developing, in collaboration with the BI Consultant, of the new set of managing reports. Procedures and user’s manual writing and documentation. Project entirely held in Lima, Perú.

CO Module and Solman responsibility. Analysis of the potential problems and improvements due to the upgrade. Design of the user’s tests needed to evaluate the upgrade liability. Detail to the user of the improvements and possibilities that comes along with the new release. Support in the follow up of the project using Solution Manager tool. Project entirely done in Lima, Perú

Responsible for CO - Upgrade project. Analysis of the potential problems and improvements due to the upgrade. Design of the user’s tests to evaluate the upgrade liability. Implementation of planning and budgeting procedures (the user wasn’t using this facility). Detail to the user of the improvements and possibilities that comes along with the new release. Follow up of the project using Solution Manager Project entirely done in Lima, Perú.

CO and PS modules responsibility. Analysis and design of the company’s internal information solution within the CO module. Definition on the Project System (PS module) solution according to user’s requirements. Implementation of both modules. Training and support post implementation.

CO module responsibilty. Analysis and design of the industry solution, involving the internal controlling information, and the product costing model, within a discrete and repetitive production order scenario. Definition and application of the alternative product costing tool within the product costing module. Implementation of the solution developed and approved by the user. Support post implementation.

CO module responsibility Analysis and design of the company’s information solution, including the product cost process within a discrete production order scenario. Users training and procedures and manuals writing. Implementation of the solution. Post implementation support.

- Project Gas Natural Colombia Roll out of a SAP solution model developed by IBM Spain, for Gas Natural Spain, done within the company in Bogota, Colombia. This implementation was done entirely in Colombia. Consultants training on the system was done in Barcelona, Spain. - Project Telecom Arg. SA Analysis and design with the users of the IBM’s proposed global solution. Proposal for developing an Activity Based Costing (ABC) procedure to replace the existing one. (early retirement from the project).

• Support and maintenance on the CO module for Latin America, and Caribbean users. • Responsible for the accomplishment of institutional procedures and central customizing. • Support and quality assurance in the implementations done in Santa Cruz do Sul (Brazil), and Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) including travels to those locations.

- Installation of SAP CO module, within an SAP full implementation, in Molinos Semino SA (flower and gluten production). - Partial participation in the Novartis Arg. SA (Pharma) roll out.

- Maintenance and improvement within PHILCO SA (electronic devices), of the SAP CO module.
