Resolve complaints and answer questions of customers regarding services and procedures. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. To lead and manage a team of Frontline customer service executives on the overall customer’s request. Train and instruct employees, observe and evaluate workers' performance, ability to guide and motivate staff, to improve creativity along with productivity. Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.

Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Determining the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
