Contacted by Air Atlanta Icelandic to operate as loadmaster on board their B747F-200 and B747F-400 ex Brussels Ostend and Luxemburg. Responsabilities: -making loadplanning, supervise (un-)loading activities and aircraft ground operations .

Loadmastering for Air Cargo Germany ( based in HHN ) ob their B747-400SF. Responsabilities: -making loadplanning, supervise (un-)loading activities and aircraft ground operations . Also active as Airfreight Consultant for some airlines in LGG and HHN.

Was asked to temporarily assist in the operational coordination of the activities at Ostend Airport, due to increased workload. Responsabitlities: - give assistance to the Station Manager in providing necessarry service to the airlines which Aviapartner handles. Main task were assuring sufficient ( warehouse ) manpower available, coordinating presence of necessarry ground equipment, liaison with customers in handling their perishable importcargo.

Was contacted to coordinate and expand ground operations for Cargo B Airlines in a new set up. Responsabilities: - follow up of local and worldwide ground operations in all its aspects and with all relevant ( international ) contacts with handling agents, airport authorities, subcontractors, truckingcompanies,... - responsible for setting up new operations at Liège/Bierset Airport upto the moment of the companies’ bankruptcy.

Responsabilities: - daily supervision of the Export Department (Customer Services, Document Processing, Customs ) incl. Warehouse management at Panalpina World Transport. - guiding total of about 20 FTE’s ( both in office and warehouse ) in meeting deadlines. - maintaining commercial contacts with airlines or their agents with regards to making rate deals in conformity with the local market. Achievements: - starting up reorganisation of the Export Dept. according to ‘lean’ philosophy.

- in charge of the team on duty with Saudi Arabian Airlines. I was controlling im-/export cargo handling, truckplanning, cargo build up, flight operational tasks, aircraft loadplanning and loadsheet, dangerous goods handling, customer and sales relations, customs goods accounting... - daily liaison with Aviapartner, our handling agent, and with other departments within the company throughout Europe. - acting as Cargo Manager on several occassions.
