Reporting to the Managing Director and as board member, together with his colleagues, he will develop company strategy (5 year business plan and objectives). As a company Director, he will be pro-active and contribute to the commercial, human and financial development of the company. He will promote the company’s values and interests outside the company. In coordination with the Managing Director and the Development Director of the Group, he will elaborate and implement strategic and development plans.

• Ensuring the expansion of the company throughout Romania and Moldavia according to the company strategic expansion plans • As a board member of Praktiker Romania I had an active role together with Praktiker AG Development Director to establish the 5 years plans of development for Romania • Leading the expansion team, coordinating the construction and maintenance of the stores

• Identifying plots of land for buying and building Billa stores • Coordinating legal and technical due diligence accordingly with the new Law nr10 –“restitutio in integrum” • Obtaining building permit and all the other permits needed for operation

• Ensuring the expansion of the McDonald’s restaurants in Romania • Identifying the plots and the commercial spaces for future restaurants • Negotiating the lease, acquisitions or concession contracts

• Doing real estate transactions: lease, sales, etc • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
