Create & align cross functional processes through organization with clear Interfaces, roles & responsibilities.

Lead continuous improvement process for new product introduction of GE Jenbacher`s biggest gas engine J920. Deliver reliability, availability, MTBF growth into the product avoiding unplanned downtimes to meet customer`s critical to quality goals. Drive & present risk mitigation through test & validation phase in tollgate & design reviews. Spread out reliability anaylsis into other teams to improve cost and contract guarantees calculations.

Lead reliability team placed in Warsaw to implement Design for Reliability methods into the new product introduction process. Establish strong connection within the matrix organization between engineering project and reliability teams. Drive Engineering from a component to a system driven organization following Design for Six Sigma & Reliability methods to improve technical risk, planning and requirements flow down management.

Lead cross functional teams to fulfill quality excellence to avoid accepting, creating or passing defects and to work on proactive measurements to early run preventive actions. Build up engineering key performance indicators to measure drawing, bill of material and software quality to feed continuous improvement process to bring key processes under control. Prepare technology for critical internal and external audits and manage findings closure to improve process driven quality behaviour and attitude.

Single Point of contact for turbocharger layout and project managment to support power output & efficiency increase for new product introductions. Implement and release second source turbocharger`s for complete product program to support sales for direct material programs. Develop design practice for release process and implement tools to support sales for special releases.
