Began in recruitment in 2001 specialising in qualified accountancy candidates in the east of England, before starting a public sector housing operations provision in June 2003 and building this to a unit of 4 consultants. Took management responsibilities in June 2006 for another recruitment team before moving in June 2007 to Luxembourg to work with the commerce & industry financial market.
