As Interactive Marketing Director for Chrysler Financial I developed an interactive marketing strategy and tactics that compliment business goals, strategy and traditional marketing efforts. I built and mentored a team that exceeded all expectations and managed relationships with executives in my organization and in Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge

Led interactive initiatives from grass roots level. Extended modest budget and limited resources through influence and diplomacy. Spearheaded numerous first in industry online applications selecting web development resources, managing timelines and budgets.

Client facing role responsible for overseeing technical implementations for Chrysler account. During the dot com era, Ross Roy developed the applications you see on today’s Chrysler brand acquisition sites including Get a Quote, Dealer Locator, Build and Price. Expertise in mentoring the technical team included usability, database design, web development including implementing email list serve software.

Joined the ‘Web Farm’ as a web developer developing intra and extranet applications for internal clients.

Responsible for application development, presenting, selling and teaching engineers how to use simulation and graphing software. Products included 3D simulation and process improvement software for safety engineers. One of the perks of the job was being encouraged to play. We began playing around with web development in 1993.
