I led the SAP implementation in P&G Bulgaria and P&G Serbia (7$MM NPV) while working with a team of 50 people (26 FTE) from 4 companies. (P&G, HP, Infosys & IBM) o Reduced client’s bill from an initial $2.6MM estimation to $1.9MM. o Handled over the project on track and below the budget after Mapping & Matching phase.

I provided the leadership for the IT in P&G Balkans (4th biggest operation in CEEMEA, 1bn sales). Responsible for strategic planning, implementation, support & leveraging of IT solutions. Transformed IT from an “order taker” to a “business partner” (JBP & master planning).
