-Prime responsibility is maintaining, troubleshooting, Installation of CYCLOTRON modality along with its sub-systems which Includes Cooling Systems, Vacuum Systems, Electrical/Electronic Cabinets, Accelerator Control Systems, Radio-Chemistry Systems, Manual/ Auto mode-robotic-Dispensing Systems, software upgrade. -Maintaining and developing interpersonal relationship with customer across territory and to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Install, test, troubleshoot and perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of High Speed/Light Speed Multi slice CT scan systems, MRI, DR, DEXA, MAMMOGRAPHY modalities across west region in India that includes Maharashtra, Goa & Gujrat • Extended Engineering phone support and coordinate with client to resolve issue. Schedule maintenance service accordingly to urgency of client. • Coordinating amongst team members on various enhancements in Service processes and Customer Management.

-As a Sales Cum Service Engineer, my responsibilities were maintaining, troubleshooting, Installations of CT SCANNER modality & also the Sale of CT SCANNER equipment. -Extended Engineering phone support and coordinate with client to resolve issue.
