• Implementation of new customers: sourcing payroll suppliers for all countries included in the contract, formalizing a schedule for processing payroll, gathering and distributing all the country-specific information to both the Customer and the In-Country Payroll Provider (ICP); • Ensuring the procedures comply with and SOX controls; • Managing the ICP relationship on behalf of the Customer’s ongoing service by agreeing on additional services (holiday reports, general ledger, and expatriate payrolls).

• Sourcing partnerships globally to provide payroll services, drafting the partnership contracts and setting-up the commission arrangements. • Drafting the Agreements for Multinational Payroll Services and negociating the prices with the Customers. • Managing the Payroll Processing by ensuring all data is accurately compiled for the Customer’s employees and sent to the ICP-s according to payroll schedule on a monthly basis. • Maintaining and developing country procedures to ensure alignment with HR policy.

I have gained experience in the various fields of competition law and trade regulations, particularly in connection with the following matters: • General EC law: intellectual property rights, legal opinions concerning the pharmaceutical and cosmetics Industry; • Merger control regulations: Representing companies participating in mergers before the Ministry of the Economy; • Distribution law: Advice concerning distribution networks and strategies.
