In March 2023, I started a new role within the technical sales department in Graz. My duties involve assisting sales units across all Jungheinrich countries, evaluating prospects, contributing to technical solutions, and preparing tenders. I collaborate with other product lines to aid Jungheinrich sales regions in pursuing new leads, strengthening customer partnerships, and providing warehouse digital solutions in line with current market trends.

In April 2020, I assumed the role of team leader at Jungheinrich in Graz, supervising a team of seven project managers in Graz and Paris. My responsibilities included resource planning, monitoring workloads, supporting project execution, and ensuring financial performance. I focused on creating a positive work environment and, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, introduced the use of innovative collaboration tools. I also organized social events to enhance communication and trust among the team.

In my role as a technical project manager, I guided clients from global industries in implementing Jungheinrich's Warehouse Management System. This involved analyzing customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, managing project timelines and costs, preparing documentation, overseeing implementation, and providing post go-live support. The role helped enhance my communication and customer-centric skills.

I worked as a Software Consultant at Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s Asset Management Division in Milan. I collaborated with a team to integrate and develop a multi-asset platform focused on equities and fixed-income securities for retail and institutional clients. I worked closely with business users and analysts to meet application specifications. The experience sparked my interest in finance.

Thesis: an Energy Benchmarking Methodology for ERP Systems In recent decades, sustainable development and energy efficiency have become increasingly important in the ICT community. This thesis is part of ongoing research on Green Software at the Department of Electronics and Information of the Politecnico di Milano, focusing on identifying metrics to measure the energy efficiency of software and estimating the energy consumption of typical workloads in ERP systems.

Thesis: Modeling and Simulation of a Hydrogen Fuel Cell Fuel cells are efficient and environmentally friendly energy generation technologies. This research, conducted in partnership with CESI Research in Milan, focuses on creating a dynamic mathematical model of a molten carbonate fuel cell to analyze electrochemical processes. The study utilized real operational data from a stack of 150 cells and involved parametric identification, Matlab simulation, and validation.
