Building product ownership here starting from designing challenging features, implementing those within nice established process of peers communication and code review and finally monitoring your system being availble and scalable. I'm helping SwoopTalent, future-changing talent management and leads sourcing start-up from San Francisco, CA, with my development skills to grow and success. We've passed a long way from a visual story building and sharing platform, called Storyvite, to a huge and powerful platform for sourcing leads, using social networks for sourcing and sharing and lots of other helpful features.

Being first Java developer, I added Flex to my skills set and continued improving it. That appeared to be a great tandem that allows (having enough experience in both) to focus on business domain and deliver great products. Our team provides high-quality complex solutions including development, maintaining, consulting and support.

First steps in software development profession brought me from junior up to senior software developer. It was a great time I learned a lot from my more experienced colleagues: working in high effective teams using Agile development methodologies (Scrum), communicating to team and customers, developing best techniques and practices like TDD, CI, refactoring a with code reviews, etc. A lot of new technologies were studied while proofs of Java knowledge were achieved with Sun certificates.
