Optimization of the Benchmarking Process of HILTI Drives.

# Out-planning of quality-related tests and associated system technology to secure the manufacturing processes for electronic components of an e-axis such as the power electronics. # Research into the current state of the art for quality assurance of the manufacturing processes # Development and evaluation of test technology and test concepts. # Creation and coordination of evaluations, committee and decision templates # Support of the "Manufacturing Technology Drives" team in day-to-day business.

1.Building a prototype of 3D scanner for scanning of human subjects using raspberry pi and raspberry pi cameras which is cheap and commerically and industrially usable and later using principles of additive manufacturing to print a 3D model.

Improvement in powertrain production using 7QC tools , lean and kaizen method. Also responsible for coordinating with the technical team and together improving the production process.
