‒Supporting Project Teams to define Value Streams, Epics, Programs Features, and Project User Stories (SAFe) 5.0 and Scrum. ‒Applying Earn Value and OKRs, based on sprint and user Story weight for preparing. ‒Preparing Presentations and reports, ‒Monthly Meetings with the Steering Committee and presenting the status and barriers of the projects for stakeholders using Jira. ‒Conducting daily standup meetings with scrum masters to understand project status and barriers.

‒Establish Project Management methodology using the PMI’s Standards ‒Monitoring and controlling Projects status by Microsoft Project Server 2019. ‒Ensuring projects/programs progress regarding objectives, using Earned Value Management (EVM) ‒Preparing reports about project/program health and status in different levels and details. ‒Preparing Project reporting and tracking project milestones and deliverables. -Conducting PMI PMBOK and PMP workshops for more than 80 practitioners
