All level support for the company employees, both local and remote. Supported CentOS and Windows Server 2003 and 2008R2. The administration of the proxy server and VPN (ISA – MS TMG 2010). The administration antivirus server and clients - NOD32. Maintaining and expanding the collaboration with the internet providers for the establishment of exterior accesses to the local network. Designed, documented and implemented the majority of the procedures requested for ISO 27001 certification.

My work with this company included server administration. The company offers sites hosting and web application on Windows platforms (Server 2008 R2) and Unix (CentOS), dedicated servers, virtual servers, domains acquisition, Sharepoint, Active Directory. As a server administrator i have ensured the optimal operation of the servers, responding to the clients requests and support them in solving their problems.

Solving the emerged problems due to technical breakdowns of the hardware equipment, support to ensure the functionality and QOS for the different services provided by the company, providing technical support for the service team, network monitoring and administration, solving problems for the B2B clients.
