•Lead and design the lean manufacturing goals and strategy •Support the factories and operations in their implementation of Continuous Improvement by facilitation, training and coaching of employee groups and improvement teams. •Change and assist the Operations function to drive the implementation of a continuous improvement culture across the business. •Work closely with the Central CI team to develop new standards

•Analyzing company processes and procedures. •Developing process enhancement strategies. •Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes. •Establishing norms and standards of company performance. •Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes. •Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction. •Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management. •Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

-Design , implement and control appropriate measures to assure the supplier quality along the complete process chain; -Process Workflow FMEA; -Creation of VSM and support supplier to identify and remove or reduce waste ; - Planning and implementation of product/process development projects (Kaizen); - Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures ( 8D method, 5Why , Ishikawa);

-Realization of diagnostics and audits APW (Alliance Production Way), GLE (perimeters: manufacturing, quality, logistics, maintenance) for all levels of management; -Developing diagnoses, proposing action plans and animating their implementation; -Training on APW tools and methods for all levels of management; -Implementation of the QRQC structure in departments; -Realization of LEAN Projects/Work Shop in Renault and Nissan factories.

-APQP, ensure product development and industrialization according to rules and specifications for: cables, key collections, handles, antennas, hood and trunk locks; -Managing all issues relating to supplier quality, after-sales customer support, and warranty claims; -Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirements ( 8D method, 5Why , Ishikawa);

Unterstützung und Coach für Fabrikmanager (Fabrik, Abteilung, Werkstatt) bei der Implementierung von SPR (Renault Production System) in Renault-Fabriken, indem sie in Teams mit Unterstützungsfunktionen (Ingenieure, Wartung, Logistik, Qualität) zusammenarbeiten und Aufgaben ausführen wie: • Koordinieren und Implementieren von Qualitätskontrollzielen, -aktivitäten oder -verfahren, um Produktionsprobleme zu lösen, die Zuverlässigkeit der Produkte zu maximieren oder die Kosten zu minimieren.
