As part of a multicultural team of 3 persons, we are working in the Netherlands, on a consultancy project at Philips Lighting, on competencies development. Philips is running a strategic change program which requires to identify, assess and upgrade the new breakthrough competencies in the marketing department.

I did my second internship with ExxonMobil in Australia: • Policy & Guidelines and Benefits review for Asia Pacific cluster (relocation guidelines, on personnel-oriented policies, benefits). Goals: ensure consistency and alignment across the cluster, update legislative requirements, and align with competitive practice. • Roll out of supervisor website and HR 101 training (for supervisors) • Research and set up of knowledge transfer process (due to employees nearing retirement)

France -internship in a training department : • Organisation and follow up of training sessions (2500 employees) • Analysis of needs for training and organization of training sessions during change programs. • Roll out and organisation of intern trainings : HR 101 for Supervisors (training on HR and Law subjects), Seminar for new executive hires (induction program). • Tax declarations (taxe d’apprentissage and déclaration fiscale 2483) • Organisation and follow up of professionalising trainings
