I'm an IT recruiter taking my first steps in the industry, as well as a fifth-year student of Psychology. I try to translate my previous experience related to customer service and the knowledge and skills gained during my studies into the most comfortable recruitment process for all candidates. For me, entering the IT industry as a recruiter is a bit of entering a new world, so I have a lot to learn, but I am full of curiosity and readiness to constantly learn something new, also directly from the candidates I work with :) Our agency - Recrutec, recruits for Polish and foreign clients, so if you are considering a change of job at least to a small extent, or you just want to learn about the available options, feel free to text me!
